It was here that Mademoiselle J. (Jana Kolpen) went for a period of repose one magical summer and came away with a renewed sense of life. Jana Kolpen and Mary Tiegreen's creative collaboration began with the first Pistoulet endeavor, "The Secret of Pistoulet," which was published in 1996. The magic of Pistoulet has guided their friendship through many books, dinnerware, travel, and countless other creative adventures.
